Ghost login for parent Ladders at Home account

Ghost login for parent Ladders at Home account

Ghost login allows an Admin user to view Ladders at Home as the parent. This is helpful when launching Ladders at Home to view the information shared by particular settings, or if a parent has a query about the information they can see.

This feature is only active once you contact the team to enable this permission.  Please email support@learningladders.info to request access.

  1. To view the parent's Ladder at Home, an Admin user navigates to Ladders at Home > Parents.
  2. Search for the parent by name, student, class
  3. Next to the parent, click on the icon with the arrow next to 'View'
This takes you to the parent's login on Laddersathome.co.uk and will allow you to view the parent's Ladders at Home exactly as the parent would see it.

Be mindful not to make any comments or make changes as this will be recorded as the parent commenting.

If you have any questions about the Ghost Login feature then please let us know at support@learningladders.info
