How to change the year group on an objective/rung

To change the year group on an objective rung: 

  1. Go to Ladders> Creation Zone on the left-hand menu


  • Select the subject from the drop-down menu

  • Select the ladder you wish to amend and click ‘View and Edit Ladder’



  • Click ‘Edit Rungs’ in the top right corner



  • Scroll down and find the rung you wish to edit
  • Click the blue button next to the rung

  • A pop-up box will appear. Stay on the tab which says ‘General Info’

  • Click on the ‘Year Group’
  • Select the year you wish the rung to go into
  • Once selected, click ‘Save Changes’
  • This rung has now moved into the new year group
  • You will need to Review and Publish Changes to ensure that the rungs appear within the correct year in Class Assessment and Gap Analysis
