How to change the year group on an objective/rung
To change the year group on an objective rung:
- Go to Ladders> Creation Zone on the left-hand menu
- Select the subject from the drop-down menu
- Select the ladder you wish to amend and click ‘View and Edit Ladder’
- Click ‘Edit Rungs’ in the top right corner
- Scroll down and find the rung you wish to edit
- Click the blue button next to the rung
- A pop-up box will appear. Stay on the tab which says ‘General Info’
- Click on the ‘Year Group’
- Select the year you wish the rung to go into
- Once selected, click ‘Save Changes’
- This rung has now moved into the new year group
- You will need to Review and Publish Changes to ensure that the rungs appear within the correct year in Class Assessment and Gap Analysis
