How can I change my Learning Ladders password?

1. To change your Learning Ladders password, simply click 'Profile' in the top right hand corner of the page.

2. Enter a new password based on the criteria outlined. 

3. Click 'Update Profile'.

Please note: For security purposes, a password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one lower-case letter, one upper-case letter, one number and one special character.

An Admin User can update any user's password in Settings > Users or if you've forgotten your password, click 'I forgot password' on the login page.
