NB: Make sure you watch our guidance on what happens when changing your ladder rungs!

• Click 'Ladders'  
  
• Click 'Creation Zone'

The Creation Zone is where you can make any amendments to your ladders in a 'safe environment' before pushing the changes live to your classes.

• To edit the rungs on a ladder, simply click 'View and Edit Ladder'
• Click 'Edit Rungs' in the top right-hand corner of the page
  
  
  

• You can either add new rungs by typing the rung name and pressing the enter key

or

• You can edit/delete rungs by clicking the pencil or trash can buttons
• You can edit the year/grade an objective/standard is for
• You can add a KPI flag to an objective/standard

• Once you have made all of your changes, click the 'Save Changes' button
• When you have finished editing the ladder, click 'Close Edit Mode' button in the top right.

• Use the grey 'back' arrow to return to your ladders/subject view, and once you have made all of your changes click 'Review& Publish Changes'
• Review your changes including any pupils who may be affected by the changes (the system will prompt you if there are any)
• Click 'Go To Page', then click 'Review & Publish Changes' and confirm your options to roll out your changes to all classes - these will appear in 'My Ladders'
  

If you adding a subject to your Learning Ladders site for the very first time, please email support@learningladders.info to let us know what you have done once you have published the new ladders to your site.
