Register for the Help Centre

We recommend that you create a login for the Help Centre.  

Why do I need to create a login for the Help Centre?
Creating a login allows you to add a support ticket, monitor the progress of your ticket and engage in the community forums.

How to Create a Login for the Help Centre

1. Click on 'Sign Up' in the top right hand corner of the Help Centre:

1. Fill in the required fields: Name, Email, Text in the Captcha Image 
   
2. Click 'Sign Up'

1. The 'Thank You for Signing Up!' message will appear, asking you to confirm the account by clicking on the link in the email below.

1. Go to your email account, open the email and click 'Accept the Invitation'.  This will complete the registration.

1. Click on 'Sign In' to sign in to your Help Center account

Is the login for the Help Centre the same as my Learning Ladders login details?

You need to register for the Help Centre separately to your Learning Ladders registration.  You can choose the same password as your Learning Ladders login details if that is easiest to remember!

I can't login to the Help Centre, what can I do?

Reset your password by clicking on 'Sign In' in the top right of the Help Center page.  Then, click 'Reset' next to, Forgot Password?
