We will automatically notify administrators if there have been any problems importing parents.
We have listed some of the error messages you might see in your notifications and how to solve them below:
Error message: Email is required field
Problem: Wonde tried to import a parent with no Email address given
Solution: Update the parent's email address in your MIS. The automatic import will run again the next day.
Error message: First Name is required field
Problem: Wonde tried to import a parent with no First Name given
Solution: Update the parent's first name in your MIS. The automatic import will run again the next day.
Error message: Could not be inserted as there's another parent with the same email in your NIS
Problem: Wonde tried to import two parent's with the same email address.
Solution: Each parent imported needs to have their own email address listed. One parent will have been imported but the one listed on the error report has not. Update the MIS with the parent's separate email address and the automatic import will run again the next day.
