We are having trouble uploading photos from an Apple with iOS 11 (onwards)

Apple has a new native file format, HEIC (High Efficiency Image Format), which is not recognised by Learning Ladders as standard (the standard file type is .jpeg or .PNG).  This may be the reason why your images are not uploading to Learning Ladders..

The good news is, users can change the settings in their Apple device so that this file format is not their default format.

Find out how by following the instructions from Apple here.
