How do I clear my Google Chrome cache?

If you're experiencing issues with Learning Ladders web pages not displaying properly, or even not displaying at all, this can be caused by the browser's (Google Chrome) cache being overloaded with multiple versions of a page or its components.

To try and resolve this, you can clear your browser's cache. Instructions for this are below;

Advanced : Delete Cookies& Cache from Learning Ladders only

  1. On your computer, open ChromeChrome.
  2. At the top right, click MoreMoreand thenSettingsSettings.
  3. ClickPrivacy and securityand thenCookies and other site data.
  4. ClickSee all site data and permissions.
  5. Atthe top right, search for your Learning Ladders website.
  6. To the right of the site, click RemoveRemove.
  7. To confirm, clickClear.


Simple : Delete All Cookies& Cache (all sites)

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More .
  3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.
