How to Archive a Class or Group

How to Archive a Class or Group

As an administrator, you can archive a class or group by going to:
  • 'Classes and Groups'> Find Class or Group> Select 'Archive'

What happens to the assessments for the students in the Class or Group?
The assessment is recorded against the student, not the class or group.  An archived student retains their assessments but is not available as a live 'Student' unless an Admin User unarchives them.
