How to Move Students from EYFS Module to KS1 Module and Vice-Versa

This article provides information about moving students from EYFS Module to KS1 Module and Vice - Versa.  

If you want to move a student, you can do this by following these steps: 

1. Click EYFS, then Students > Students on the Left Menu 

2. Look for the Student you want to move, then click the 'eye icon' 

                 

2. Simply click 'Move to KS1+'.  

3. Students move to the other module with no class assigned. Click 'Move Student' to confirm changes. 

     

Note: Any student can be moved between modules, no matter the year they are in. When they are moved, all current year data is deleted. 

Prior Years' Data is retained, including Student Reports. 

4. To assign a student to a new class,  click KS1+, then Students > Students. Look for the student and click the 'eye icon'. 

                           

     

5. Select the class from the drop-down. Don't forget to click 'Update Student'

This highly anticipated feature allows the ability to effortlessly move students between EYFS and KS1 modules and is now available on your school sites. 

Any Admin user or any user with Enhanced Permission Rights can move students between modules.
