By default, the report opens to the current academic year.
To view historical data:
Select the students you want to include in the report.
You can filter by:
You can combine multiple filters to create the group you want to analyse.
Choose the assessment windows you want to compare.
Most schools will see their normal assessment periods, for example:
Your school may use different assessment window names.
Select one or more assessment windows to compare progress over time.
If your school has Defined Progress enabled, you will also see:
These options are only available for schools using Defined Progress. If you don't see them, your school is using standard calculated progress.

Choose the subject you want to report on.
You can:
Unlike the previous version, you no longer need to switch reports when moving between single and multiple subject analysis.
There are three data source options.
Uses the attainment and progress automatically calculated from the expectations configured for the subject.
Learn more about expectations.
Choose this option when you want to view system-generated attainment and progress.
Displays teacher judgement data entered for each assessment period.
Choose this option if your school records teacher judgement assessments.
Displays calculated judgements unless a teacher judgement override has been entered.
Where an override exists, the teacher judgement is shown instead.
The available options depend on your school's setup.
Shows progress calculated across multiple assessment windows.
For example, you can view progress from Autumn 2 through to Summer 2.
This is available when using calculated judgements.
Shows progress within individual assessment periods.
This option is used when viewing teacher judgement data, as cumulative calculations are not available.
Available only for schools using Defined Progress.
Select Generate to display your report.
The report contains several views.
Displays attainment and progress data for your selected students, subjects and assessment windows.
For multiple subjects, each subject appears one after another within the same report.
Shows:
This allows you to quickly identify which pupils are working at each attainment level.
Shows progress for each selected assessment window.
The report displays:
Cumulative Progress is now available directly within the report.
It displays progress across the entire selected time period using pie charts.
For example:
When multiple subjects are selected, a separate cumulative progress chart is displayed for each subject.
To compare subjects:
The report updates without needing to leave the page.
This makes it much quicker to compare performance across multiple curriculum areas.
On the table view select the green Export button to download the table as a CSV file.
The export includes student UPNs.
Filtering has been improved. Learn more about creating and filtering attributes.
Standard attributes appear first, followed by any custom attributes created by your school.
For attributes, simply select the attribute and choose the required value to filter your report.
