Previewing a Student Report
When creating a student report, it is key that teacher and admin users have full visibility of the report they are sending to sign-off. This ensures quality control over grammatical errors, content, and evidence uploaded, to ensure parents receive a professional and accurate report.
The 'Preview' version of a report appears once a user has completed a report and all of the checks at the top of the report are complete. It is not until all the check circles are complete that you are able to see a preview.
The ability to see a preview is available for both the teacher user sending a report to sign-off and the signee, for checking and sending a report to 'ready to publish' or 'reject sign off' status.
If you have any questions about previewing student reports then contact the team at support@learningladders.info
