View multiple subjects in Assessment Summary

It is possible to view the attainment and progress judgements for multiple subjects in the Assessment Summary Multiple subject view.




How to create a report

Click on Assessment Summary in the navigation hand side menu:



Add the Year, Year Groups, Classes/Groups/Term and you are able to select more than one subject to display:




You can see the attainment and progress, for each student, half-term and subjects selected all in the same screen in a table.

When the report loads, select the Data Source for the judgements. 

  • Calculated and/or Teacher Judgements shows either the automated Attainment judgement, or a Teacher Judgement Override if one exists.

  • Calculated Judgements Only shows only the Attainment judgement generated by the formative assessments, with no Teacher Judgement Overrides included.

  • Teacher Judgements Only shows only Point in Time Teacher Judgements or a Teacher Judgement Override

  

Schools with 'Defined Progress' enabled

You will need to select the Aggregated Progress value displayed in the 'Aggregated' column.

Calculated- This displays the progress judgement calculated using the expectations and granular assessments recorded.  
Defined - This displays the defined progress judgement for schools where 'defined progress' is enabled.


Export the report as a .csv file. Click on the 'Export' button in the top right hand corner.  

Note: Admin users export of the Multiple Ladder report includes students' UPN numbers


Next, click on the 'Export CSV' to download your report:

Please note, that due to the way the report is built, it is not possible to download this report in any other format apart from .csv.
