EYFSP (Early Years Foundation Stage Profile) Analytics
How to access and view the EYFSP Analytics
To access the analytics click on EYFSP > Analytics.
From here, practitioners can also choose to view the reporting in 'Full Screen'.
Practitioners can click on the links out to the EYFSP Assessments, Assessments and Observations pages.
% of GLD
The first view is of the percentage of students achieving 'Yes' or 'No' GLD (Good Level of Development).
The total number of students are shown in the first 'Total' column.
The 'Yes' and 'No' column shows the number of students who have achieved GLD Yes or No.
Yes % and No % shows this figure as a percentage.
'Additional Attributes' allows practitioners to select additional attributes from the list of default/custom attributes set-up in the system.
Compare GLD across multiple classes
If multiple classes are selected in the classes selector, you can compare the number of students achieving GLD across each class and a combined for 'All Classes'.
Toggle, 'Show Percentages' to see this data as a percentage.
ELG breakdown
Toggle 'Show ELG' to view a breakdown of the number of students awarded each judgement, for each of the 17 ELG's.
Hover over the ? for a reminder of the ELG statement.
Click on 'Additional Attribute' to select additional attributes in the report.
