How to Add and View Notes and Useful Resources

Learning Ladders allows you to build your own schools unique knowledge bank. These resources and note can be accessed by any user wanting to view them and can be a very useful tool to help and support teachers working with a schools curriculum.

Please note: only Admin users can add Notes and Useful Resources as this is included with the Creation Zone.
If you have your own resources or lesson plans which relate to your school's rung statements and you think it would be useful for all teachers to have access to these, why not add them to a shared storage drive and attach them to your Learning Ladders for quick access?

What you will need:
  • In order to attach your resources to Learning Ladders you will need to host these in a cloud based storage folder such as Google DriveDropbox or Microsoft OneDrive which will allow you to generate a uniform resource locator (URL).
How to add your URL to a rung statement:
1. Log in as an administrator and click "Ladders" and then "Creation Zone".

2. Find the ladder which contains the rung you would like to add the URL to and click "View and Edit Ladder".

3. Click "Edit Rungs".

4. Find the rung you would like to add the URL to and click the pencil icon.

5. Click "Useful Resources" and then enter your URL. Now Click the save icon.

6. Once you have added your URLs (max. 3), click "Save All Changes".

7. Save your ladder and publish your changes.

That's it!

Your teachers can now access the URL by clicking "My Ladders" and then clicking on the name of the rung.
