How to Archive Subjects (Admin Only)
Subjects can be archived in the Learning Ladders system, however this function can only be carried out by a system administrator and on subject that are not 'static' Learning Ladders subject, such as Reading, Writing, Maths, etc
First, click on 'Ladders' in the blue menu bar on the left of the screen then select 'Creation Zone'. Once in the creation zone, click 'Go To Page' the click 'Manage Subjects'.
Under the section which reads 'Custom Subjects' you have the option to either edit the title of custom subjects by typing them into the box and hitting 'enter', after which you can edit them. Or you can then archive these custom subjects. Once a subject has been archived it is possible to bring it back by selecting the green 'Archived Subjects' button which will take you to a list of your archived subjects. Select the subject you want to put back and click 'unarchive'.
Please note that it is only possible to archive a subject, not a ladder.
