How to Print a Student's Assessments

How to Print a Student's Assessments

Student statements give you a real-time snapshot of where each pupil is in their learning journey. These are great for parents evenings, attaching to the back of reports or use in the classroom.
There are two ways to do this. The first is via Class, the second is by an individual pupil.

Classes and Groups
  • Click on ‘Classes & Groups’
  • Select Class name or select ‘View
  • Click ‘Pupil Statements’

  • Choose your students and subjects
  • Choose Rung Years
  • This will select the subjects and all the rung years. Assessments that have been recorded for the students will appear as a black box with a white tick
  • You're able to print Right to Left for parents who read right to left as their first language, such as for printing Arabic script.

  • You can filter for KPI’s if the school use them
  • You can also Include Year Groups against objectives within the report

  • Click ‘Generate Report’ which will download a pdf to your desktop.

Pupils
  • To filter down a single student, click on ‘Students’
  • Search or select the student you are looking for
  • Click the blue ‘View’ button

  • This will open up the Students profile with student specific information on it
  • Click on the green button ‘Pupil Statements’ in the top right corner

  • Choose subjects
  • Choose which rung years you would like to include
