Exporting Gap Analysis - Pro Tip
Sometimes you may need to print off Gap Analysis for a whole year group, or class, and there will be too much information to fit onto a screengrab or pdf.
In these circumstances use this Pro Tip to convert any Gap Analysis selection into a formatted excel file.

The key steps are:
Step 1: Select the information you need in Gap Analysis
Step 2: Download as a csv file
Step 3: Convert to Excel
Step 4: Format columns, rows and add conditional cell formatting
Step 5: Save!
