Insights: Cohort Reporting

To use insights cohort reporting in Learning Ladders, go into 'Insights' on the blue menu bar on the left of the screen. 

Once you are in insights scroll down to the cohort insights options. 

If you wish to view insights on one particular cohort across different years as they have progressed through the school, select 'Cohort Across Years'. This will take you to a filter where you can input the school year you wish to view, the group or class you wish to analyse, the timeframe and the content (subject). Once you have input this information, click 'Generate insights'.

If however you want to view insights which compare how different cohorts have performed compared to one another, for example at the same time in the year for a specific subject, then please select 'Cohort Comparison'. Like 'Cohort Across Years' this will take you to a page where you can input filters such as the school year you wish to view, the target group or class, the timeframe you want to analyse and the content (subject). Once you have input all of this information click 'Generate Insights'.
