Using the New Pre Key Stage Standards

The Rochford Report recommended 'the removal of the statutory requirement to assess pupils with SEND who are working below the standard using performance scales' (P Scales). This made the interim Pre Key Stage standards permanent.

We have been working closely with a number of schools to ensure that the new Pre Key Stage standards are available for the start of the new academic year. To access these;
 
Go to ‘Ladders’
Go to ‘Ladder Bank’ and select ‘Learning Ladders’ from the drop down menu
Click the drop down menu on subjects and find the new Pre Key Stage Standards, these will be shown by the name ‘PKS Maths/Reading/Writing’
Click ‘Add Subject/Ladder to Creation Zone’
These ladders will now appear in your Creation Zone

Please note: these will not be live until all changes in your Creation Zone have been Published.
If you would like all Pre Key Stage Standards to be available for all classes, please get in contact and we can impose these ladders for you.
